It is hard to rate a warranty unless you use it. So let me tell you why I bought it. I bought it for a Flip UltraHD camcorder that only has a 90 day warranty. And upon reading some of the reviews on the Flip I thought that the warranty might be a worth wile investment. The cost was nominal and with the amount I saved on the Flip Ultra by buying it through Amazon more then paid for the warranty.

I almost forgot I bought the square trade warranty on our son's digital camera. Was almost ready to just write off the camera, since we had used it for a good 2.5 years and lots of trips. But saw the warranty and decided to pursue it. Simply established the claim via the website and mailed the camera to them. They kept me updated all the way. Refunded my entire purchase amount. Very easy and a good investment!

This was the first time I've purchased an extended warranty from Square Trade! My experience was quite pleasurable dealing with them. I will forever extend my warranties through them. There was no issue when purchased camera stopped working. I sent it in & within a 7 day period they replaced the funds.... Thanks so much Square Trade!
